What is your Refund Policy?
All orders are final sale. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your item is defective simply bring it into the store, along with your original receipt, and we will exchange it for an item of the same value made by the same maker.

When do you make local deliveries? What is the delivery area?
We offer free local delivery from Tuesday-Saturday within Aurora and Newmarket for all online orders over $35, and free local delivery within all of York region on online orders over $200. Deliveries are generally made the next business day, although we are sometimes able to deliver the same day.
