What is your Refund Policy?
All orders are final sale. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your item is defective simply bring it in to the store, along with your original receipt, and we will exchange it for an item of the same value made by the same maker.

We do not offer returns or exchanges once an online order is placed. If you are having trouble arranging pick up of your order, please give us a call and we can ship your item to you with our flat rate fee, let you know if we are making deliveries in your area, or hold the item at the store for you.

Are you open during COVID-19?
Yes! Our doors are open for customers to come inside and explore our physical space. We are following all health and safety guidelines, including performing frequent cleansing and sanitization of surfaces, obeying physical distancing requirements and offering hand sanitizers at several locations throughout the store. We also offer curbside pickup for those customers who wish to shop online and then pick up at the window.

How does curbside pick up work?
Once you place your order on the website, simply select ‘curbside pick up’ and give us a call when you arrive at the store (905-955-7542) This service is available during store hours only.

When do you make local deliveries? What is the delivery area?

We offer free local delivery from Tuesday-Saturday within Aurora and Newmarket for all orders over $35, and free local delivery within all of York region on orders over $200. Deliveries are generally made the next business day, although we are sometimes able to deliver the same day.
