She has spent over 17 years studying a variety of modalities to assist in her own happiness, including meditation, energy, Quantum mechanics, Reiki, Psychology, Mediation, Quantum Hypnosis and NLP.   As a trainer of Hypnotherapy and a Certified Hypnotherapist, she trains people to become Hypnotherapists.   

Her signature program helps women over 40 Redesign their life in 60 days without frustration, feeling overwhelmed or feeling alone.
